Complete with steps, loading docks and room for TWO RAIL SIDINGS! You can put a rail siding beside the building and another one INSIDE the building! Your switching crew can spend a LOT of time here!
All Ameri-Towne buildings are complete kits, ready-to-assemble, textured brick walls, molded in brick-red polystyrene fully 1/4" thick.
The building in the photo has been painted and weathered.

The kit is truly a kitbash effort, with many parts needing modification. Detailed instructions are a great help, as are photos of the completed building. Please add a photo of the facade with the siding entry to make it complete.
The wall pieces are impressively thick and sturdy, a necessity for such a large structure with relatively little interior bracing.
One roof part arrived with an apparent defect, a missing square corner. Two email inquiries to customer service in the past two weeks requesting a replacement roof section have as yet produced NO response; this is a disappointing spoiler to an otherwise enjoyable project.
